Congratulations to Morgan Masters - "Best in Show" at the W-B Fine Arts Fiesta !!!
Congratulations to Morgan Masters, freshman at Lake-Lehman High School who recently took home several awards including "Best in Show" for her extraordinary art work on display at the Fine Arts Fiesta in downtown Wilkes-Barre. Morgan has been taking private art lessons after school with Miss Casaldi for the past 8 years, and recently also began studying with Sue Hand. This summer she will begin a mentorship program with contemporary Trompe L'Oeil painter, Anthony Wachulis at the Ani Art Academy. Way to go, Morgan!

Art Club Meetings
Art Club meets after school in room 716 from 2:30-4:00 most Tuesdays.
Interested students are welcome to join at any time!
Students in Art Club use meetings to work independently on personal projects, or prepare work for exhibits and local art competitions. You are welcome to utilize materials in the art room, and invited to bring a friend.
You may also want to bring your sketchbook, a snack and beverage.
Here is our schedule for the remainder of the school year:
February: 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th
March: 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th
April: 4th, 18th, 25th
May: 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd
Art Club has a Google Classroom page on which announcements are posted. The classroom code is: cl6qrw (not sure if "1=one" or "l =L" so if [one] isn't working, try the other;)
